How can I quicken my metabolism, without continued effort?
I am asking this question again, because I didn't get any answers after adding my details. I want to quicken my metabolism so that I don't have to worry about what i eat. I am hoping to do it with little effort, and keep it that way. I just want to get it up there and never worry about it again, so that I can keep weight off and stuff. Plz no pills, or suplements, just someonething easy, and lasting.

Capt Jack:  Actually it can be done with diet. That kinda ruins the pizza and nachos, but it is possible.

Google increase+metabolism+diet and that should get you started.

I also wanted an easy solution to keep the weight off, without having to bother about my calories. I feel you should try to increase the intake of fibers and vegetables and salads like broccoli/ cabbage/ beans/ cauliflower/ and spinach as these veggies have increased dietary fiber ; to your diet and drink a lot of water throughout the day. Also try to add walking/ aerobics to your diet regime. Also I eat an oatmeal( plain) in the morning- it has a high fiber content and also keeps my hunger off for a few hours.
