I only use an atm/debit to spend from my checking. I don't even use checks. I never spend over. I NEVER withdrew anything from my savings. However, my dad just got a bank statement saying I withdrew 1,000 from SAVINGS. What do you think that is from?!?!? I check everyday for changes on Bank of America.com. I'm always at the same balance for my checking account.. so what is this 1,000 dollar withdrawal!!

designer K: its probably fraud. call bank of america and they can get you into contact with someone who will investigate it.

loslunas87031: do you have any judgments or court orders chasing you around ?. Go into a local branch and have them look it up and make sure you get a business card from who you are dealing with. BOA is a large institution and you can call six times and get six different answers with none of them being the right one
